Cords division

deals with knitting of cotton, kevlar, nomex, dyneema, polyamide, polyester, flax and combinated cords in diameters from 0,1 mm to 40 mm, by techonologies as

• stitch knitting
• texture knitting
• course knitting
• weaving

Nets division

produces polyamide, polyethylene, kevlar, eventually other nets and nettings by raschel texture knit technology, mainly on Karl Mayer machines. Nets are made according to customers request in the width of 1 cm - 3 m for scaffolding nets and up to 30 m for protective nets, with the mesh width from 1 mm to 100 mm. The nets division also produces HDPE films on an our own extruder.

Division of shoe laces

produces cotton, polyester, polyamide, flax and combinated shoe laces. On the shoe laces are applicated various coatings, for example

• hydrotreatment
• wax coating
• chemical bleaching
• dyeing

Shoe laces are equipped by celluloid or aluminium endings, eventually only cut in lengths according to customers request. Shoe lances are adjusted according to customers request to pairs and equipped by labels with bar-codes.
